Mediterranean Blue Crab Claws

Origin
The Portunus spp., also known as the blue crab, is a decapod crustacean belonging to the Portunidae family.
The legs are long, while the claws are about twice as long as the carapace. The hind legs are flattened like those of spider crabs. The male is olive green with whitish spots on the surface, especially the front and back; females have a reddish-brown color on their claws instead of the blue found in males.
The carapace has a maximum length of 7 cm.

Its legs are long, while the claws are approximately twice the length of the carapace. The rear legs are flattened, similar to swimming crabs. Males have an olive-green color with whitish spots on the surface, especially on the front and back; females display a reddish-brown color on the claws instead of the blue seen in males.
The carapace reaches a maximum length of 7 cm.
Instructions for use
THE OPTIMAL STORAGE TEMPERATURE IS – 18°C.
Defrost the product at room temperature. Once defrosted, the product must not be refrozen and should be consumed within the same day.
