Mediterranean squid is caught in FAO Zone 37.1.3 and is cleaned and processed in Puglia. The product is washed immediately after being caught using trawl nets, undergoes quality control, and is then processed and frozen at -18°C. The Mediterranean squid rings and tentacles come raw, cleaned, and pre-cut, making them ready for use according to consumer needs once thawed.
