Product Description
The Parapenaeus longirostris is a pink shrimp caught in the western Mediterranean Sea, highly appreciated by chefs for its sweetness.
Its small size makes it ideal for tartare, first courses, quick sauces, and risottos.
It can also be eaten raw, simply seasoned, or marinated to taste. This shrimp is hand-peeled and deveined, then washed with seawater and quickly frozen using blast freezers.
Instructions for use
Defrost in the refrigerator or under running water, after which the product is ready for use.

TUNISIA
The pink shrimp is fished in the Western Mediterranean by small boats using trawl nets, then shelled and deveined in Tunisia.
