Common cuttlefish has very flavorful and appreciated meat. Nutritionally, it's high in protein and low in fat and carbohydrates.

In the Mediterranean, cephalopods have been consumed by humans since ancient times, whereas in regions such as the Pacific and Atlantic, their importance has only recently become more prominent.

It ranks among the top 10 species produced in Italy and the Mediterranean overall. Its use is long-standing and deeply rooted in popular culture.

Instructions for use

THE OPTIMAL STORAGE TEMPERATURE IS – 18°C.

Defrost the product at room temperature. Once thawed, the product can be used. Once thawed, the product must not be refrozen.
