Product Description

Mediterranean Red Shrimp Tartare is made from shrimp that are hand-peeled, deveined, and finely knife-cut. Each portion is vacuum-packed and immediately frozen using the most advanced technologies.

The red shrimp tartare is distinguished by its classic red color, pink and juicy meat, and sweet, delicate flavor.

This preparation is intended for raw consumption but can also be used with pasta and risotto or lightly seared to create a mini shrimp burger.

Instructions for use 

If stored at a temperature of - 20 °C, it can be stored for up to 18 months.

 Red Shrimp is caught in the deepest waters of the Mediterranean, between 700 and 1,000 meters deep, using the most advanced onboard freezing technologies. The fishermen operate ethically, respecting the FAO principles for responsible fishing, legal requirements, and international measures regarding the fishing industry, such as minimum sizes, restrictions, biological recovery periods, and suitable fishing gear to ensure the conservation of fishing grounds. The fishing company is in the process of obtaining Friend of the Sea certification.
