The anchovy , *Engraulis encrasicolus*, belonging to the Engraulidae family, is a common species in the Mediterranean Sea. With its bluish-green back and silvery belly, it reaches a maximum length of 20 cm. It is a regular presence in the European market due to its widespread use in various dishes.
Small meatballs, each weighing 10g, that enrich a dish of delicious treats, perfect for a tasty aperitif or street food. Healthy and selected ingredients sourced locally.
