Mediterranean squid is caught in FAO Zone 37.1.3 and is cleaned and processed in Puglia. The product is washed immediately after being caught using trawl nets, undergoes quality control, and is then processed and frozen at -18°C. The Mediterranean squid rings and tentacles are supplied raw, cleaned, and pre-cut, ready for use according to consumer needs once thawed.
