Product Description

The curled octopus, scientifically known as Eledone spp. (OCM), is caught in the Mediterranean Sea.

Instructions for use 

Defrost in the refrigerator a few hours before serving. Once defrosted, the product can be kept in the refrigerator for 72 hours at 0° - 4°.
