This tuna, Euthynnus Alletteratus , is caught in the waters of the Mediterranean Sea using purse seines. After processing, the whole fillets of Alletterato tuna are arranged vertically in jars and preserved in olive oil. Pleasant aroma and red flesh with a strong, non-stringy flavor and excellent texture.
