Parapenaeus longirostris It is the pink shrimp caught in the western Mediterranean Sea, highly appreciated by chefs for its sweetness.

Its small size makes it ideal for preparing tartares, first courses, quick sauces, and risottos.

It can also be eaten raw, simply seasoned or marinated to taste. This shrimp is shelled and deveined by hand, then washed with seawater and flash-frozen.
