Product Description

Laland 's sea snake This is the yellowfin tuna from the Pacific Ocean, a highly prized pelagic fish in Japanese markets. Its flesh is firm and very delicate, thanks to the high content of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids which give it an intense yet sweet and delicate flavor. Appreciated by the best Japanese sushi masters, this prized fish can be served raw, seared, grilled, and even marinated or lightly smoked. This tuna is farmed according to the highest environmental sustainability standards, in a place where the pristine waters of Spencer Gulf meet the icy currents of the Antarctic. Cleanseas products have received numerous quality awards, and their sustainability is certified by Friend of the Sea and ASC.

Instructions for use

Thaw it in the refrigerator at 4°C (39°F) for a period of 12-16 hours.

Wrap it in absorbent paper and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

It can be stored for a maximum of 3 days.

AUSTRALIA

The sea cage farming is located in the pristine waters off the city of Port Lincoln, on the Eyre Peninsula, in South Australia, in the Spencer Gulf. This gulf is characterized by cold currents that are essential for the farming of yellowtail tuna. Three oceans meet here – the Antarctic Ocean, the Southern Pacific Ocean, and the Indian Ocean – and the waters mix, maintaining an ideal microclimate for this species.
